Andrea Mithcell of Can You Stay for Dinner? is such an inspiration! Imagine, she went from 268 lbs to 135 lbs! That is truly life-changing! Her recent blog entry on exercise is so inspiring that I'm thinking of physical fitness. Mind you, I'm the person who is not just lazy at doing any physical activity but I believe I'm born inadequate in that area.
It's also surprising that she is able to maintain a healthy lifestyle with the food she cooks! Her dishes look so tempting! I've tried some of her deserts and they never fail :-)
I think it's the balance of adequate physical activity and learning to cook the right food for you. Let's see if I stay inspired to actually start an exercise regimen!
